NO OFFICIAL BUSINESS COULD BE CONDUCTED. AS WE APPROACH 7/24 THE START
OF THE FCC FIELD TEST IT IS CRITICAL TO HAVE REPRESENTATION FROM ALL
FCC FIELD TEST PARTICIPATING COMPANY'S TO CONDUCT BUSINESS. WE ARE AT
A VERY IMPORTANT STAGE IN OUR PREPARATION FOR THE FCC FIELD TEST. INFORMATION
THAT WAS NEEDED AT THIS PARTICULAR MEETING COULD NOT BE GAINED DUE TO
THESE COMPANY'S NOT BEING
REPRESENTED.
ISSUE: Control phone numbers, second port numbers, etc., need to be
provided so that specific testing dates can be scheduled where
the test calls for coordination
between participating company's.
ACTION: Dick Dowd will contact representatives from SPRINT, WC,
and TCG in an attempt to obtain the needed information.
If it can be obtained Dick will schedule another conference
call for Wednesday July 2nd. Arrangement's for this call
will be provided under separate
cover.

On Thursday June 26, 1997 the weekly Single Point Of Contact Conference Call
was held via conference bridge,
1-800-593-XXXX passcode "XXXX", at 9:00 AM CST.
The next WEEKLY meeting will be Thursday 7/03 at 9:00 AM CDT using the
above conference numbers.
THE REASON THAT I ADDED WEEKLY ABOVE IS THAT THIS CONFERENCE CALL IS SCHEDULED
TO BE HELD WEEKLY ON THURSDAY'S UNLESS NOTICE IS SENT BY ME TO THE SPOC
TEAM, OTHERWISE CONSIDER THAT A
MEETING WILL BE HELD.
Turn Up Testing Update: At a meeting in Richardson, Texas this week
Lockheed Martin indicated that significant progress has been made with
Turn Up.
It is critical to have at least one representative from each participating
company actively participating on
each call.

Single Point Of Contact Meeting Issues & Actions

ISSUE: Each participating company needs to determine which specific
tests listed in the FCC Field Test Plan available at www.ported.com,
that they will be able to take
part in.
ACTION: Each SPOC is to review the FCC Field Test Plan
with their Task Force to determine which specific
test script's will be able to be performed by their company's
network topography within the
Chicago MSA.
RESPONSIBLES: SPOC Team.
STATUS: Complete. Each company has submitted at least one view of
the test matrix with X's beside the tests that they intend
to perform during the FCC Field Test. This matrix will remain
fluid, i.e., company's can make changes to it throughout
the FCC Field Test.
ACTION: Dick Dowd will publish Issue 3 of the Test Matrix on Friday
June 27. Issue 3 will include any changes received by Dick
as of noon on June 27.

ISSUE: A matrix needs to be developed to show where each specific telephone
number to be used during the FCC
Field Test well be on what date.
ACTION: Anne Driscoll of MCI is working an a matrix that lists this
information and is to send the matrix to Dick Dowd for
distro.

STATUS: Closed Anne Driscoll sent the updated matrix to Dick on
June 26.
ACTION: Debbie Cathey of ATT is to send a matrix that she has developed
based upon the information gathered at the face-to-face
meeting last week, to Dick Dowd
for distribution.

STATUS: Closed, Debbie Cathey sent the matrix to Dick on June

ISSUE: * In preparation for the FCC Field Test, certain network items
need to be gathered and
distributed to the participating company's.
ACTION: Information is still needed to complete the network information.
SPOC's need to provide the
information ASAP.

NEW ISSUE:
ISSUE: It was suggested that there is a valid need for Answering Machine,
Voice Mail, or a recorded message to be placed on phone lines
from each company. These will be used to assist in automation
of testing.
ACTION: Each SPOC to verify that they will use one of the methods
above, and on which phone lines they will be attached.
The suggested wording is "Phone number, Switch Name
and LSP.
Example: You have reached 630-395-XXXX in Downers Grove for
MCI.
RESPONSIBLES: SPOC Team

ISSUE: MCI has requested that each SPOC provide the name and numbers for
their LSR Task Force person so that these points of contact can
discuss preparations for the FCC
Field Test.
ACTION: Each SPOC to provide the name of their LSR person along with
their phone number so that this discussion can commence.
This information is needed ASAP.
