**********************************************************************

*Cause number 41083 was discussed in detail. Details on this cause number

are available at ported.com under the Indiana icon. 41083 asks this

implementation team to provide an update by February 2nd. The following

timeline was established to meet the February 2nd date:

January 9th - Meeting minutes faxed to participants and posted on the web

January 16th - Participants provide information asked for in this document

January 23rd - Rough draft of response sent out to participants.

January 27th - Conference call held to finalize response details

February 2nd - Update/response filed with IURC

The information we need from each company by January 16th is:

1. Your companies thoughts on a procedure to notify the commission of

outages and interruptions in the provisioning of LNP.

2. Your agreement that representation of Indiana telephone companies on

LLC is sufficient due to the fact that the LLC provides a forum for

any

independent telco to express their views. The only downside to not

joining the LLC is the company cannot vote on issues.

3. Confirmation that your company is tracking costs associated with LNP

implementation.

4. Your companies views on a sub-committee to work on rating and billing

issues as well as cost recovery issues.

We will incorporate your response into the draft document to be discussed

on the January 27th conference call.

Final pick list for phases 2 through 5 was handed out by Mike Guffey.

*The list submitted to the IURC on December 9th was incorrect. GTE and

Sprint will file a single amendment to correct the selected exchanges in

the Indianapolis MSA.

*The issue of keeping the selection lists propietary was discussed. The

IURC has ruled that each company must show why the information should be

kept confidential if said company desires confidentiality. All government

documents are public.

*Testing timeframes were discussed. Sprint and GTR are willing to

participate in an industry test. CLECs who wish to participate in the

industry test must provide the following information to the ILEC they wish

to test with by 2/24/98:

1. Name of ILEC office they wish to test with

2. CLLI code of the CLEC office

3. LRN

4. Outline of desired tests

5. SS7/Trunking/Access Tandem topology maps

6. Interconnect Status

Those companies that do not wish to participate in the industry test but

do wish to test with a certain ILEC/CLEC needs to contact that party on

their own. KEEP IN MIND THAT SOME COMPANYS WILL DISBAND THEIR SPOCS AFTER

THE INDUSTRY TEST IS COMPLETED. The resources to test will be easier to

obtain during the industry test timeframe.

*The test matrix was amended. AT&T will not test with anyone prior to the

June 30th implementation date. Time Warner will test with Ameritech and

possibly GTE. No other CLECs have provided a list of test participants at

this time.

*Sprint asked to have testing for Lawrenceburg (Cincinatti) MSA handled by

their Ohio team. The Indiana team agreed that this made sense. Sprint

will keep the Indiana implementation team informed of testing status.

*Ameritech will handle the Indiana side of the Louisville MSA through this

team rather than working through the Kentucky PUC.

*The IURC has asked for information pertaining to rating & billing. It was

suggested that we may need to form a sub-committee to discuss rating &

billing issues. We will look toward work already being done in Illinois

to guide us through this issue.

*Cost recovery was brought up. Ohio is having a cost recovery meeting in

late January or early February. We will request minutes from that

meeting.
