What are the duties of the “Pool Administrator” versus the “NPAC” at a high level?
NPAC
- Receives information from “Pooling Administrator”
- Builds and Populates “Block Owner” tables
- Downloads information on effective date
- This item is different based on State versus National requirements
- From here forward, it is business as usual. Pooled numbers can be ported to other Service Providers as normal.
