This is to advise everyone that we will be discussing Phase II issues AFTER the ICC Steering Committee meeting scheduled for October 23, 1997.

The Steering Committee meeting starts at 9:30 at 160 N. LaSalle Street,

8^th Floor, Chicago Illinois. The meeting normally goes until noon. We

then break for lunch and start our Phase II discussions at 1:00. That

is when Sarah Knapp from Bellcore will give us an overview of the scope

of Bellcore’s activity on Local Service Provide ID (LSPI) and the

current status. We will then have open discussions on national

committees and what the next steps are for the Chicago Phase II team

Please plan on attending the afternoon session if you are interested. For planning purposes, we should plan the afternoon session from 1:00 to 3:30. If you get there early, you are welcomed to attend the ICC Steering Committee meeting. If you have any questions, please call.
