  3/20/98 Written questions submitted by bidders to selection committee

  3/27/98 Selection committee conference call to prepare responses to bidders’ questions – 9:30 - 12:00

  4/6/98 Bidders’ conference - selection committee provides responses to bidders’ questions and accepts any additional bidders’ questions

  4/13/98 RFP responses due

  4/17/98 Selection committee prepares questions for bidders; sends questions to bidders

  5/1/98 Bidders’ presentation of proposals; bidders provide written answers to initial questions; Q & A with bidders

  5/6/98 Selection committee provides bidders with any additional questions in writing

  5/8/98 Written responses to subsequent questions due from bidders

  5/11/98 Review written answers to subsequent questions from bidders; selection committee initial evaluation meeting

  5/13/98 Interim sub-committee conference call if needed

  5/18/98 Selection committee finalizes recommendation (conference call 9-11 AM ET); forward recommendation to LLC
